Leo has 15 years of experience leading high-frequency trading desks at top-tier institutions. Before founding Portofino in 2021, he led systematic options market making in Europe at Citadel Securities. Leo also held roles at IMC Trading in Chicago, Amsterdam, and London. Leo holds an MSc in Management from ESSEC and a bachelor's in Mathematics from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
Taym Moustapha
Head of Trading
Taym has 10+ years of experience leading high frequency trading operations. Prior to joining Portofino in 2021, Taym headed the systematic trading team in European equities, futures, and options at Citadel Securities. He holds an MSc in Applied Mathematics from École Polytechnique and an MSc in Mathematics in Finance from New York University.
Dipak Shah
Head of OTC Trading
Dipak has 20+ years of experience managing and running trading businesses as a proprietary risk taker and market maker in FX and rates. He held senior roles at Goldman Sachs and Citi across London, Tokyo and Hong Kong, and was a Macro Portfolio Manager at Capula Investment Services. He holds an MSc in Mathematical Finance from Oxford.
Adrien Bertholom
Head of Sales
Adrien combines experience in traditional finance and digital assets. He leads Token Services, helping token projects, institutions, and venture funds with market-making, treasury, and OTC solutions. Previously, he worked at GSR in Digital Assets Sales and at Société Générale in Emerging Markets FIC. He holds a Master’s in Financial Markets & Investments from SKEMA Business School.
